Because You Can't Be Everywhere — But Still Need to Know Everything

With real estate and proptech events happening coast to coast, even the most plugged-in industry leaders miss something. That’s where the new NOFOMO Stage at OPTECH 2025 comes in. It’s your chance to catch up on the most important insights, debates, tools, and partnerships from other key events, conferences, and communities shaping the real estate tech landscape. 

But NOFOMO is more than just a recap—it’s a rallying point. We’re inviting fellow organizations, conferences, and communities to bring the “best of” their stages to ours, in a shared effort to elevate what’s working and amplify what matters most. By surfacing top ideas, innovations, and conversations from across the ecosystem, we aim to build a more informed, inspired, and connected community—one capable of tackling housing challenges, advancing affordability, and reimagining the renter experience together.

A dynamic stage featuring bite-sized sessions spotlighting the best ideas and content from real estate’s most influential events and organizations — for the leaders who missed them but still need to lead.

Who Can Participate

The NOFOMO Stage is open to organizations helping to shape the future of real estate, housing, and technology—and eager to share their most powerful ideas with a broader audience. We welcome contributions from:

• Media outlets
• Think tanks, research groups, innovation labs, and mission-driven coalitions

If your event or platform sparks meaningful conversations, features big ideas, or showcases solutions that deserve a wider stage, NOFOMO is your chance to bring that energy to OPTECH.

What’s the Format

Each NOFOMO session is 15 minutes or less—just the best stuff, delivered fast. Possible formats include:

• Solo Download – One speaker delivering top takeaways from a recent user summit or partner event
• Flash Fireside Chat – A quick convo between a moderator and guest who was in attendance
• "What We Heard" – Insights from roundtables, surveys, or listening sessions
• Lightning Remix – Re-present an abridged version of a standout talk for a new audience

How to Apply

Want a shot at the NOFOMO spotlight? Send your proposal (max 750 words, PDF or Word) to ideas@rettc.org with the subject line: NOFOMO Stage Submission – [Your Organization Name]. 

Your submission should briefly outline the session topic, format (e.g., solo talk, fireside chat), and what event or community it draws from. Feel free to include visuals—photos, videos, infographics, or anything else that helps tell the story.

FuturesLab @ OPTECH 2025: Where the Future Has the Floor

For those driving — and discovering — what’s next, OPTECH 2025 will once again host RETTC’s FuturesLab, an immersive zone blending hands-on technology, media, and visionary “big think” leadership. 

FuturesLab is designed to be an interactive, future-forward, and fun experience featuring:

• FuturesLab Stage: This is where ideas—not products—take the stage. It’s a platform for boundary-pushing ideas and future-facing trends. Sessions are bold and brief, with presenters sharing their “big think” ideas on where data, technology, and innovation are headed—and how it all will rewrite the rules of real estate.   
• Tech Petting Zoo: A hands-on showcase where attendees can explore and experiment with some of the latest emerging technologies and products poised to reshape the real estate tech landscape.
• Club RETTC: An exclusive, VIP retreat for housing providers’ senior executives, presented by the NMHC-RETTC PAC. Access is limited to RETTC Steering Committee and Tech & Innovation Committee members, RETTC Icon and Visionary sponsors, as well as donors to the NMHC-RETTC PAC.  
• New Media Lounge + Podcast Center: A live content creation hub for real-time interviews, media content, and candid conversations with top founders, investors, and operators.
• Tech Investors, Partners and Housing Provider Lounges: A limited number of lounge spaces for top RETTC stakeholders to talk strategy, build new relationships, and spur the next phase of innovation in real estate technology. For eligibility/availability, please contact sponsorship@rettc.org.  

Present on the FuturesLab Stage

Take a shot at getting your time to shine on the FuturesLab Stage. Submit a proposal with the best of your best ideas for a thought-provoking, 15-minumte session. Proposals should be thought leadership–driven, rooted in data, and/or challenge the conventional wisdom — not product demos or marketing pitches. RETTC Icon & Visionary Investor & Tech Partner Sponsors* are eligible to submit proposals for priority consideration on the FuturesLab Stage.  

Successful proposals will:

• Offer compelling insights on the future of real estate technology
• Elevate diverse voices and perspectives
• Include housing providers, operators, or end-users whenever possible
• Focus on ideas, use cases, or lessons learned — not sales

Sample topics could include:

• Agentic AI in property operations
• Digital twins
• Synthetic data modeling
• Robotics in real estate

Be sure to include a brief description of the session/presentation, possible participants, and any supporting visuals (photos, dashboards, infographics, etc.) that help bring your story or session to life.

Suitcasing and Outboarding Policy

RETTC strictly prohibits Suitcasing and Outboarding activities at our meetings, conferences, and events. All attendees are expected to abide by the RETTC’s Suitcasing and Outboarding Policy.

Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy

Meeting registrations cancellations must be emailed to membership@rettc.org. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds received prior to ten (10) business days before the start of the meeting are entitled to a full refund, minus a processing fee of $250. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted after Oct. 31, 2025.

Additional Fees

All rates are subject to the nightly resort fee and applicable state/local taxes (currently at 13.38%). This percentage is subject to change without notice. 

Triple and Quad Occupancy: If there are more than 2 people on your reservation, a charge of $40 per night will be added for each additional guest.  

In addition to the nightly rate/taxes/resort fee the hotel requires a pre-authorization hold of $150 (maximum $600 dollars) for each night stay. This will be charged to the card presented at check in.

Requirements for Reservation

• Individuals must be registered for the meeting before making a hotel reservation request.
• All reservations will require an advance deposit equal to one night rate plus taxes. The hotel will charge the deposit to the credit card provided on the reservation within 10-14 days of the day it was requested. If you would like to change the card on file, please contact Staged Right’s office at 954-404-8252. Hotels will not automatically send out a folio/receipt. You will be able to request your receipt on your confirmation email.   

Hotel Change/Cancellation Policies

Full Reservation Cancellation

• Reservations can be fully cancelled without penalty on or before October 10, 2025. Cancellations made after October 10, 2025, will forfeit the advance deposit equal to one night's room rate. Once cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
• All changes and cancellations must be emailed to info@stagedrightevents.com 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date. 

Reservation Changes

• Any changes to your arrival and departure date are subject to availability at the time of your change request; additional room and tax penalties may apply. You will receive an updated confirmation with your change once the reservation is updated. The RETTC nightly group rate cannot be guaranteed for any additional nights needed, if the change is requested after October 10, 2025. After that date the nightly rate will be based on the current hotel occupancy at the time of the request. 
  
  Note: Guests that do not check in on their confirmed arrival date will be classified as a no show and their reservation will NOT be able to be reinstated. No-shows may be charged additional penalties and if there is no prior notification of a date change at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Room Availability and Hotel Waitlist

We anticipate selling out our entire room block at the group rate at the MGM Grand. If your arrival/departure dates are unavailable on the housing site, please contact Staged Right Events at info@sreconference.com. They may be able to request additional rooms, provide a waitlist option (if needed) or help secure alternative arrangements.  

Unauthorized Solicitation Notice: RETTC does not rent or sell the email addresses of conference registrants or our members. For your protection, do not purchase attendee lists, book hotel rooms, or order exhibitor show services through any unknown company or third-party vendor that may contact you directly. Solicitations from any such firms are fraudulent; RETTC is not affiliated with these firms. If any such firm contacts you, please email sponsorships@rettc.org.

The MGM Grand is approximately 2.1 miles from LAS – Harry Reid International Airport. For those of you arriving by air, you have the following alternatives for ground transportation:
