RETTC is the new home to NMHC’s tech and innovation-focused committees. These committees offer executives the chance to move beyond traditional networking and step into roles where they can directly influence policy, develop industry resources and grow their leadership in the field. With more structured work plans and higher levels of engagement with RETTC’s senior staff, you’ll work alongside the industry’s experts to shape advocacy and industry education efforts that matter.

Peer-to-Peer Networking Groups
RETTC’s Peer-to-Peer Networking Groups are the perfect way to meet fellow professionals who share your interests, challenges, and passion around tech and innovation.
These groups are all about building your professional network, so no major commitments, no big agendas, no pressure—just regular, informal conversations with people who care about similar things and share similar experiences. You can talk trends, share insights, swap resources, or just find a sounding board.
Peer groups touch on distinct areas of the real estate tech ecosystem. Groups primarily meet online for ease and consistency, with in‑person meetings held at OPTECH. All members are encouraged to apply to one of the following groups:

Short-Term Working Groups
Help define what’s next for the RETTC Community by participating in a short-term exploratory working group. Work with peers to assess emerging areas in real estate technology, map trends and key players, and evaluate whether deeper RETTC engagement is warranted.
These groups shape actionable solutions, make recommendations needed for resources and tools, and help inform our advocacy or programming work.
Meetings are virtual, but in-person gatherings are possible during OPTECH and other RETTC member events.
All members are eligible to apply to one of the following groups:
