Membership Requirement & Booth Eligibility
Exhibit opportunities are only available to current RETTC members. Membership must remain active through the end of the Conference.
Membership does not guarantee booth space. View more info on membership, pricing, or become a member.
Booth Size Eligibility
• New Exhibitors: Eligible to reserve one 10’ x 10’ booth space or one Startup Kiosk.
• Startup Members: Eligible for Startup Kiosk placement only.
• Startup Kiosk: Must meet qualification criteria established by RETTC.
• 20’ x 20’ and larger booths: Reserved for qualifying sponsors.
• 20’ x 20’ requires $15,000 in sponsorship
• 20’ x 30’ requires $35,000 in sponsorship

Booth Application Timeline and Process
Booth space is limited and offered through a priority-based sales process. Sales are expected to open in June 2026 – check back for updates.
Once open, all booth applications must be submitted online using the official exhibitor portal, along with the required deposit or payment on the date of application. Applications received without deposit or payment will not be processed or assigned booth space.• 20% deposit required for applications submitted on or before August 7, 2026
• Full payment required for applications submitted after August 7, 2026

Priority Sales
Available only to 2025 exhibitors, and companies with qualifying sponsorship status. Application sales groups and dates are assigned based on Priority Points status. Eligible companies will receive specific application dates and instructions.
General Sales
Remaining inventory is released on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited and sells quickly. Once inventory is sold out, a waitlist will be available.

We offer a range of booth options to fit different goals, budgets, and levels of customization. All packages include exhibitor marketing benefits, access to attendees, and additional benefits designed to maximize your exhibiting experience. • Standard Booth (Space Only): Additional details in the Prospectus: Ideal for fully customized builds.
• Available sizes range from 10’ x 10’ up to 20’ x 30’.
• Turnkey Booth Packages (Basic and Premium):
• Ready-to-use spaces with basic furnishings and show services. Turnkey packages are designed for ease and efficiency, with minimal setup required. Premium packages include upgraded furnishings and graphics.
• Available sizes include 10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 20’
• Startup Kiosk: Designed for new and emerging technology companies, this turnkey unit is an all-in-one design. Kiosks are in a dedicated area of the Expo and are available to companies who meet the Startup Qualification Criteria.

Registration & Housing
Attendee registration and housing open June 23, 2026, on the OPTECH website. Registration is required before booking a hotel room.
Exhibitor and sponsor room blocks are not offered; all housing must be booked individually
Once exhibitors have used all their complimentary registration allotments, they may purchase additional badges at $1,095 each through September 23rd/$1,295 each after September 23rd.
Expo-only or vendor-only passes are not available.
