General Booth Sales are Now Open!
All exhibitors must be RETTC members. Space will only be assigned to active RETTC members with fully paid dues.
New exhibitors are limited to:• 10’x10’ booth space (standard or turnkey)

Important Notes:• Booths are still being assigned to priority groups; available/unavailable booth inventory may change as booths are assigned.
• Reserved booths will change color (purple/green to gray/yellow) and display company names.
• List competitors/partners in your application to help with placement.
• Booths are assigned in order of application; space is limited and not guaranteed.
• If you apply for booth space and are not able to receive a booth assignment, you will be moved to the wait list.

Events and Meeting Rooms
All events and meeting room requests must be approved by RETTC. Requests made directly through the event host hotel will be declined and turned over to RETTC for review and approval. Space is limited and is not guaranteed to any company.
Space will only be assigned to sponsoring/exhibiting companies.
Subgroup Events
• Subgroup events (on or off hotel property) may not conflict with program and expo hours. Daytime buyouts of restaurants/event spaces are not permitted.

Meeting Rooms
• A limited number of private meeting rooms will be made available for rental to qualifying sponsors and exhibitors.
• Space will be assigned based on sponsorship level and booth size.
