Kevin Donnelly

Kevin Donnelly is Executive Director and Chief Advocacy Officer of RETTC. Before launching RETTC, Kevin served on NMHC’s Government Affairs team with responsibility for representing the interests of the multifamily industry before Congress and federal agencies focusing on technology, connectivity, risk management and their intersection with housing policy. Kevin was a part of NMHC’s Innovation and Technology team and led its Intelligent Buildings and Connectivity Committee and its Risk Management Working Group. Kevin has spent nearly 20 years in the public policy and technology arenas at leading real estate trade associations and on Capitol Hill. Kevin received his BA from Rutgers University and his Masters in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University.
