Opportunity Selection
Returning sponsors receive first right of refusal on previously sponsored opportunities and priority selection for additional opportunities. All remaining opportunities are released on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Your sponsorship package may include credit that can be applied toward select opportunities. Review your package benefits for your credit amount and contact the RETTC Sponsorship Team to confirm available credit and eligible opportunities. Once applicable credits are applied, you will be invoiced for any remaining balance.

Exhibitor One-on-One Meetings
New for OPTECH 2026, One-on-One Meetings will bring technology partners face-to-face with housing providers for a series of focused, 10-minute conversations centered on real business and technology priorities. Exclusively available to OPTECH sponsors and exhibitors, these meetings give you a leg-up on the competition.
Additional details, including the participating housing providers and how to schedule meetings, will be announced soon.
Participation is $1,000 per confirmed meeting, with a maximum of five meetings per exhibitor, subject to availability. Participation includes:
- Curated meetings with housing providers exploring relevant technology solutions
- Focused, 10-minute conversations designed to quickly identify opportunities for continued discussion
