OPTECH 2026 Speaker Onboarding Portal

Thanks for agreeing to speak at OPTECH 2026. Complete this checklist to ensure you are prepped for the big day.

Step 1: Complete Your Speaker Onboarding Form

If you haven't already, complete our speaker onboarding form and upload your headshot. This ensures we have all of the correct information on file for you and grants us permission to promote your participation.

Step 2: Upload Your Presentation Files

If you have indicated you require presentation or multimedia elements during your session, you can upload your files to the presentation portal beginning October 27. You can indicate your presentation preference via the speaker onboarding form (linked above), by contacting the moderator of your session, or during your session prep call.

Step 3 (Optional): Share Your Participation

Download your speaker promo graphic and let your network know you'll be at #OPTECH2026! Be sure to tag RETTC in your posts.
