The RETTC Tech Executive Summit is an exclusive event for senior executives from RETTC member firms that own, operate, and develop real estate. Attendance is capped at 250 participants to preserve an intimate, discussion-driven environment. Supplier and industry partner participation is restricted given the event’s limited capacity and housing provider focus. Here’s your quick eligibility check.

Cancellations and Transfers

Meeting cancellations must be submitted in writing to membership@rettc.org. Written cancellation requests received more than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the meeting will receive a full refund, less a $250 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after February 11, 2026.

Registrations may be transferred by emailing membership@rettc.org the name of the original registrant, along with the substitute attendee name.

RETTC has set aside a block of rooms starting at $389 single/double occupancy per night (plus state tax) for meeting attendees. The room block will expire on Wednesday, February 4 at 5:00pm ET. Room reservations should be made directly with the Loews Coral Gables online. 

Please Note: The system will automatically take a 1-night deposit to confirm the reservation. Any room cancellations that occur less than 5 days prior to 11:59 pm hotel’s local time on the scheduled arrival date will result in a penalty of one night room and tax to be charged to your credit card. 
 
If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservations at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel, please contact Tyler Carter, NMHC Meetings Coordinator, before cancelling with the hotel so she may reassign your room to another member on the waitlist, if one exists.
