2026 RETTC Tech
Executive Summit
Feb. 25-27, 2026 | Coral Gables, FL
The 2026 RETTC Tech Executive Summit is an intentionally small, fast-paced executive forum, where real estate tech leaders gather for bold, future-focused conversations on the state of technology.
Purpose-built by RETTC, the summit mixes tech strategy, advocacy intelligence, and big-picture trend spotting to help real estate leaders see around corners. It’s where tech leaders come to sharpen their outlook, stress-test ideas, and get energized about the opportunities—and challenges—that will define the year ahead.
Attendance is strictly capped at 250 participants to preserve meaningful engagement and high-impact discussion. RETTC committee members receive priority registration to the event. General event registration is open to executives at RETTC member firms that own, operate and develop real estate. Limited supplier participation is by invitation only.
The Details
This is an outlook event where attendees focus on strategy over sales, engaging in candid, peer-level conversations about what’s really happening in tech—and how to best prepare their organizations for what’s next.
What you can expect.
Attendees will get an early, unfiltered look at the forces that will shape the industry—both for better or worse—before they fully hit the mainstream conversation. Here’s how we do it.
An Owner/Operator-Led Agenda
RETTC leadership and committees influence the summit’s programming, ensuring discussions reflect real operational priorities and strategic challenges.
Intimate, Interactive, and Executive-Level
The summit’s deliberately small format creates the right conditions for substantive dialogue, peer exchange, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and real-time problem-solving across the room.
Curated, High-Impact Programming
Thoughtfully designed sessions that combine facilitated executive dialogue, research-driven insight, and cross-industry perspective to support both near-term decision-making and long-range technology strategy.
The RETTC Tech Executive Summit is an exclusive event for senior executives from RETTC member firms that own, operate, and develop real estate. Attendance is capped at 250 participants to preserve an intimate, discussion-driven environment. Supplier and industry partner participation is restricted given the event’s limited capacity and housing provider focus. Here’s your quick eligibility check.
