RETTC has set aside a block of rooms starting at $279 single/double occupancy per night (plus state tax) for meeting attendees. The room block expires on Tuesday, March 11, so act now to reserve your room. Room reservations should be made directly with the Adolphus Hotel online.

The room block for the RETTC Tech Executive Summit is almost full. If you are unable to reserve a room for your specific dates, please join our waitlist. We will do our best to work through the waitlist as quickly as possible. Please note that submission of the waitlist form does not guarantee a hotel room at the Adolphus.

Please Note: The system will automatically take a 1-night deposit to confirm the reservation. Any room cancellations that occur less than 48 hours prior to 11:59pm hotel’s local time on the scheduled arrival date will result in a penalty of one night room and tax to be charged to your credit card.

If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservations at the Adolphus Hotel, please contact Sarita de la Torre, NMHC Meetings Associate Director, before cancelling with the hotel so she may reassign your room to another member on the waitlist, if one exists.

The RETTC Tech Executive Summit is an exclusive space built just for executives from RETTC member firms that own, operate and develop real estate. Each firm receives three complimentary registrations, so bring your key leaders to maximize your event benefits. 

While we love our supplier partners, this summit is largely reserved for owners and operators. Only supplier firms serving on the RETTC Steering Committee or sponsors at the Visionary and Icon levels are permitted. RETTC staff will contact these individuals directly with invitations as they will be unable to register via this portal.  

Registration is capped at 200 attendees to ensure high-impact discussions and meaningful connections. Online registration closes Monday, March 31 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern.

Meeting cancellations must be sent in writing to RETTC Membership. Registrations may be transferred by also emailing RETTC Membership the names of the original registrant and the substitute attendee for NMHC to follow up.
