NMHC Leads Real Estate Coalition in Comments on New Cyber Disclosure Rules

On July 3, NMHC led a broad coalition of real estate stakeholders in submitting detailed comments to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in response to the agency’s proposed rule regarding reporting requirements set forth in the Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act (CIRCIA).
