Photography/Videography Policy—Attendee Agreement to be Photographed
By attending this event, you agree to be photographed and filmed, and allow those images to be copyrighted, published, disseminated and otherwise used by the Real Estate Technology & Transformation Center (RETTC) and affiliated organizations in perpetuity and throughout all media. You may choose to opt-out of allowing RETTC and affiliated organizations to copyright, publish, disseminate and otherwise use your identifiable likeness by completing the required opt-out forms onsite at RETTC HQ during each event.
Social Media and Blog Policy
RETTC welcomes and encourages the use of social media and blogging before, during and after official RETTC events. For the safety and security of attendees and staff, location-specific information—such as the official event hotel name and location—may not be posted to social media, blogs and similar digital media platforms.
Guidelines—Attendees Should Adhere to the Following:
Do:
• Tag RETTC in your posts (LinkedIn: @RETTC / X: @rettcenter / Instagram: @rettcenter / YouTube: @RETTC).
• Post photos and comments about the general session and concurrent sessions.
• Use RETTC's logo within your posts, in compliance with our brand guidelines. Please reach out to Conor Ellis with questions about brand adherence.
• Adhere to RETTC's Values & Expectations in your social media postings related to RETTC events.
Don't:
• Post video or audio recordings captured in sessions, workshops and committee meetings.
• Post photos from sessions, meetings and other official gatherings which are "closed door," "invitation only," or similar limitations to access.
• Post photos, video or audio recordings of presentations without explicit permission by RETTC or the presenter.
• Post photos, video or audio recordings of attendees without their explicit permission.
