Based in Washington, D.C., the Real Estate Technology & Transformation Center (RETTC) is an affiliate of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and serves as a hub for innovation at the intersection of technology and rental housing. RETTC brings together multifamily owners, operators, technology providers, and thought leaders to champion responsible technology innovation, adoption, and policy. Our work is focused on transforming rental real estate operations, enhancing resident experiences, and addressing evolving market and operational challenges.
